Transaction, Payment, and Fees
1. Payment: All goods and services provided by WILDMAN Hunting and Outdoor are available for purchase using cash transactions.
2. Interest Charges: An interest charge of 2% will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. Legal Costs: Clients will be held responsible for all legal costs incurred during the legal tracing and recovery of outstanding debts.
3.1. Moolah Points: No Moolah Points can be redeemed for payment of outstanding balances owed.
4. SAPS Handling Fees: In the event of the South African Police Service (SAPS) refusing a license to own a weapon, a handling fee of 50% will be levied. For transactions cancelled without written proof of SAPS refusal, a handling fee of up to 100% may be applied.
5. Repair Work: All repair work submitted to WILDMAN Hunting and Outdoor is done at the risk and responsibility of the client.
6. Jurisdiction: By attaching your signature to this agreement, you agree to the jurisdiction of the magistrate’s court, notwithstanding the fact that the amount in dispute may exceed the court’s jurisdiction.
7. Transaction Cancellation: No transaction will be cancelled unless the client has appealed against the refusal to be granted a license, and unless this appeal was unsuccessful.
8. Unpaid Weapons: All weapons that have not been paid in full after 90 days from the invoice date will be resold, and the client will forfeit all payments and deposits.
9. Ownership: All items listed on our website will remain the property of WILDMAN Hunting and Outdoor until they are paid in full.
10. Personal Information: By providing your signature, you consent that WILDMAN may share your personal information, as contained herein, with third-party service providers, intermediaries, underwriters, partners, or vendors for the purpose of marketing related services, products, or special offers. You have the right to object to further processing of your personal information and opt-out during any marketing campaign.
11. Explosive Propellant: Act 26 of 1956, Regulation 8.23.1 states that persons in possession of valid firearm licenses may keep up to 600 grams of Nitrocellulose propellant for the private reloading of small arms cartridges, not for sale or other trade.
